What is an ITM?

Our FLEX ITMs combine the convenience of an ATM with the flexibility to speak with a live teller during banking hours. Flex tellers can assist you virtually with any transaction you can do in person including:

• Cashing checks
• Making payments to loans
• Withdraw cash
• Depositing checks and cash (no need for a deposit slip)
• Transfer funds between accounts

How does it work?

Simply touch the screen during business hours to speak with a teller or insert your card to begin a self-service transaction.
